A mild four seasons gives us snow in winter, warm summers, a fall where leaves actually fall, and an unbelievable spring. Perfect for horses with endless miles of trails. A great place to ride and keep horses that is not overdeveloped. There is plenty of open space and wildlife as well as free range cattle.

Nearby recreaction at Lake Isabella for every kind of water sport. Kern River fishing, rafting, camping. The cities of Bakersfield and Tehachapi are about an hour's drive for every kind of amenity. Los Angeles is just 2 hours away.
Originally from Florida, I moved to N. California in 1990. Seeking warmer weather I relocated to the Los Angeles area and earned my B.A. in Anthropology with a minor in Biology from California State University at Northridge. Jaded with city life, my husband and I purchased our ranch property in 2001 and moved here 2 years later. We never looked back!
Born a horse lover, I have had horses or otherwise found ways to get my horse fix as long as I can remember. I've ridden western, english, and bareback. I did some hunter jumper stuff with my 1/2 thoroughbred paint and am now content to school him in my own arena or go out on the trail with my Arabian mare.
I love where I live and I love what I do. Meeting people and helping them follow a dream is very rewarding. It's more than just a real estate transaction, it's a lifestye change.
