Fenced old mine
Please be Careful
Detailed Description:
_p_This is an inactive mine. There are several mine shafts that are fenced - use care and stay behind the fences. There is some speculation as to the benefits of having a mining patent - I have been told that you are not required to obtain building permits as usual - but then there is some debat about that at the local county office. Perhaps if it is an active mine, and perhaps if it is NOT for residential use?? I am checking into the matter. This property does not have any improvements on it. Buyers agent to verify building permits, utilities, perk etc. Directions: Take Hwy 93 to Chloride turn off which is about Mile Post marker 53 then about 4 miles on the main road into town go to the end of the pavement there is a cattle guard and the other mining patent my seller has is right there on the right called the Bullion Beck and it is about 12 Acres - then directly behind that is this mining patent - take the dirt road to the right toward the MURALS and then after driving through the wash (4 wheel drive recommended) take the next road that turns off to the left and it will take you back to where the 20 acres are._/p_
